Parlaresoft is a digital software-as-a-service product delivered entirely online. No physical goods or shipping are involved. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at [email protected] or by contacting Paddle directly. Refunds within this window cover the full base subscription fee only. AI usage (tokens) already consumed by your bots during the window is not refundable — see Section 3.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. Refunds outside the 14-day window are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.
Each plan includes a monthly AI usage credit. If your usage exceeds the included credit, the overage is billed at cost and reflects AI inference services already consumed on third-party infrastructure. Charges for AI usage that has already been consumed are not refundable, as these costs are passed through from our AI provider.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and order reference. You may also contact Paddle directly through the Paddle buyer support portal. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
